1. Introduction

Welcome to Aeon Nursing Ltd. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website (www.aeonnursing.co.uk) and the provision of services offered by Aeon Nursing, including domiciliary care, live-in care, complex care, and nurse-led support.

By accessing our website or engaging with our services, you accept these terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services or website.


2. About Aeon Nursing Ltd

Aeon Nursing Ltd is a UK-registered, CQC-regulated provider of nurse-led home care. We support children and adults (aged 0–90+) with complex health needs, including dementia, mental health, physical disabilities, neurological conditions, and palliative care.


3. Use of Our Website

3.1 Permitted Use

You may access and use this website for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes only.

3.2 Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Misuse our website by introducing viruses or attempting unauthorized access.

  • Use any content for commercial gain without permission.

  • Reproduce, duplicate, or exploit any material for resale or marketing without our written consent.


4. Service Engagement

4.1 Care Assessments

All new clients are entitled to a free, no-obligation care consultation, carried out by a qualified member of our team. No services commence until an individualised care plan is agreed upon.

4.2 Care Agreements

A formal Care Agreement will be issued for signature before services begin, detailing:

  • Scope of services

  • Fees and payment terms

  • Client rights and responsibilities

  • Cancellation policy

  • Safeguarding and complaints procedures

4.3 Clinical Oversight

All services are designed, reviewed, and overseen by qualified nursing staff under the supervision of the Registered Manager, Dr Naeem Aslam.


5. Fees & Payment

  • All fees are clearly outlined in the Care Agreement.

  • Private clients may be invoiced weekly or monthly.

  • Payments are due within the period stated on the invoice.

  • Delayed or non-payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

  • For NHS-funded or PHB-supported care, invoicing and funding processes will be coordinated with relevant bodies.


6. Changes to Services

  • Aeon Nursing reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the nature, timing, or staff assigned to care delivery to ensure quality and continuity.

  • Any material changes will be discussed with the client and/or family in advance.


7. Cancellations and Termination

7.1 By the Client

  • Clients must provide a minimum of 14 days’ written notice to cancel ongoing services.

  • For short-term or temporary care bookings, a 48-hour cancellation notice applies to avoid charges.

7.2 By Aeon Nursing

  • We may terminate the agreement immediately for safety, abuse, non-payment, or unmanageable risk.

  • Reasonable notice will be provided when termination is for administrative or clinical reasons.


8. Client Responsibilities

Clients and their representatives agree to:

  • Treat our staff with respect and dignity

  • Provide accurate health and care information

  • Maintain a safe and hygienic environment

  • Inform Aeon Nursing of any changes in health or household that may affect care


9. Staff Employment & Poaching Clause

Clients must not directly employ or contract with Aeon Nursing staff during or within 12 months after termination of care services without prior written agreement. A placement fee of £5,000 may be charged if this clause is breached.


10. Data Protection & Confidentiality

Aeon Nursing complies with UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

  • Personal and medical data will only be used for the delivery of care and shared only with consent or legal obligation.

11. Safeguarding & Duty of Care

We are committed to the protection of vulnerable individuals. Any safeguarding concerns will be escalated in line with statutory procedures and reported to relevant authorities, including CQC, local councils, or NHS bodies.


12. Limitation of Liability

Aeon Nursing will deliver services with due care and professionalism. We are not liable for:

  • Damage resulting from inaccurate or withheld information by clients

  • Losses arising from acts beyond our reasonable control (e.g. emergencies, severe weather)

  • Indirect or consequential loss not caused by our negligence or breach


13. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, copy, design, and graphics, is the property of Aeon Nursing Ltd and protected under UK intellectual property law. No reproduction or redistribution is permitted without express consent.


14. Complaints & Feedback

We take all feedback seriously. Clients may raise concerns via:

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.

Aeon Nursing may update these Terms periodically. Clients and users will be notified of major changes via our website or during contractual reviews.
