The Role: Community Care Assistant

As a Community Care Assistant with Aeon Nursing, you will provide one-to-one support to individuals in their own homes.

Your role may include:

  • Supporting daily living activities
  • Providing personal care with dignity and respect
  • Assisting with mobility and independence
  • Supporting clients with long-term or complex needs
  • Working as part of a nurse-led care team

All care is delivered in line with individual care plans and under the guidance of experienced nurses.
